Bio-Decontamination of Production Suite:

A large Pharmaceutical client were re-commencing production in one of their production suites which had been dormant for a number of months.

Production schedules were very tight and previous start-ups had taken several months due to poor environmental results and the need for exhaustive sanitisation regimes in order to achieve the desired environmental results.

What We Did:

 Icon Engineering worked closely with the client and a Bio-Decontamination schedule was developed and implemented.

Outcome:

The Client successfully passed environmental monitoring tests first time.

The Client achieved the lowest ever environmental results for the production area.

Clients start-up time for production area greatly reduced.
